Thomas Salazar Carter serves as a Business Attorney representing clients throughout the Inland Empire, San Gabriel & Pomona Valleys. Tom Carter began his legal career in Washington D.C. in 2007 before joining the Law Offices of Ronald T. Vera in Claremont as an Associate Attorney. At Vera & Barbosa, Law Offices Mr. Carter was privy to representation of local business, educational institutions, municipalities and non-profits in the position “Of Counsel”. In 2011, Mr. Carter garnered the position of General Counsel to NationalLink, an industry leader located in Glendora, California providing ATM solutions. These positions served Tom well in providing respected professional legal experience in the Business arena.

Mr. Carter successfully launched his own Business Law practice in 2014 representing businesses, institutions and individuals within the San Bernardino and Eastern Los Angeles Counties. Tom’s focus continues to be on Commercial Litigation, Business Transactions, Contracts, Franchises / Partnerships, Startups and more. He and his Team deliver on doing their due diligence for their clients from mergers & acquisitions to buyouts and regulatory requirements. With his gained legal skills and business acumen, Tom Carter can effectively handle the duties of an “in-house” company attorney for any business. TRACY MAYKWAN WONG,

OF COUNSEL

Tracy Wong received her J.D. from Southwestern Law School in 2012.  Ms. Wong has broad experience in immigration law and litigation.  As a law clerk at Southwestern’s Immigration Law Clinic, she worked on U-Visa and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) cases, helping victims of abuse and violence receive immigration relief.  In addition, she has helped numerous applicants file for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival (DACA) at the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angles (CHIRLA).  As a frequent volunteer at the naturalization clinics held by the Asian Pacific American Legal Center (APALC), she has helped countless Green Card holders file for citizenship.  Recently, she helped a number of internationally recognized pop singers obtain non-immigrant visas for a charity concert.  After graduating law school, Ms. Wong also worked as a law clerk at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office in the Organized Crime Division.  Her litigation experience consists mostly in the areas of business and real estate.  She is also currently an adjunct professor of Paralegal Studies at Mount San Antonio College.

Ms. Wong received her B.A. in Philosophy, magna cum laude, from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona.  She is currently admitted to practice law in the State of California, and before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

GENEVIEVE SUE-CHENG TROUDY - OFFICE MANAGER

Genevieve is the daughter of immigrant parents and was raised in Los Angeles County. She believes in providing assistance to the community. She volunteered with Asian Pacific American Legal Center’s Poll Monitoring Project to ensure that voters’ needs were met at voting sites. She participated as a General Relief Advocacy Project Advocate and has helped clients receive benefits.

As a law clerk at Southwestern Immigration Legal Clinic, she provided direct services to Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and U Visa clients including preparation of applications. Her internship at Immigration Legal Assistance Project and allowed her to assist clients in need of family-based immigration services such as preparing affidavit of support, adjustment of status, naturalization, and employment authorization forms.
